Friends, my story is very simplistic but also little bit filmy. There was a desire to do something in my life. So I selected a path and started to move on. After sometime on the way, people started joining slowly and the trip began. In this journey which is still going on and by the blessing of almighty God it may continue, have many turns. So far the story is full of happiness, sorrow, trouble, defeat and victory, sorrow, grief full of emotions.

In the body, there is the importance of blood.
In the story, it is the importance of emotions.

. I was born in a small village in a simple traditional Muslim family in Uttar Pradesh. There was no one educated in the family. Therefore, the importance of education was not understood. My father used to work as a driver in a company in Kolkata. School was far away from the village. So on the pretext of going to school, I used to roam around the fields having fun with friends.

. when I was about 9 years, I had a big accident. My life reached to danger due to trauma. My family took me to Kolkata for treatment. I was hospitalized & the doctors tried a lot to save my life, performed two three operations. My life was saved, but all my powers were gone. I had to spend many years in the hospital. In this way, childhood went in trouble. I Could not attend school and unable to read and write. There was always fear in my mind.

. Slowly the time passed. And one day, I got married to a beautiful girl in my distance family. My own family is very big, including my 3 sisters and we 5 brothers. I am the eldest after my sisters. Therefore, in order to help the family, I went to Kolkata to earn a job with my father. There I learned to drive a vehicle and gained some information regarding transportation. But I did not find any job there, so I went at my father-in-law in Mumbai. my father-in-law sasurjis was running a company name as Siddhu Transport.

He put me on a truck as a cleaner, assistant to driver to learn work. There were drivers from my village and surrounding area. I started working with them and lived with them. (I did not stay at my father-in-laws house because I did not want to put burden on my father-in-law. It is my basic nature.) At night, I used to sleep in a truck or sometimes in front of a shop. This routine continued for a long time. Initially, my driver master, make me do his personal work like cleaning, cooking, etc... but did all the work without any complain. And due to my polite nature my driver master started teaching me.

A person should not bend so much in his life that people make him like table cloth. One should live with self-dignity and respect. There is happiness and sorrow in everyones life, it does not mean that you get on your knees. Rather, try to bring those problems of life on your knees which bother you. Which prevents you from being successful. I remember a song ...

गमों का दौर भी आये

So live with smiling.

Gradually, the driver master started involving me into driving work. Without hesitation I started driving. My families concern and memory gives me strength, so I worked and became a successful driver. I learned to talk with the customers, and earned skills. Gradually, I started handling all the work of the company.

One day I came to know from a driver that one truck owner wants to sell his truck and planning to move to the village. It lit current in my mind. My desire of becoming businessman was forcing me to take positive action to buy that truck and start my own work.I expressed my wish to my boss my father-in-law and asked for permission. Although he was going to suffer from this, yet he allowed me and cooperated with a kind heart. I bargained on rate with that truck owner and make him flexible on payment terms. I finally purchased my first truck and thus put the foundation of Kismat Lorry Service my company which became everyones company .

Now there was a big responsibility in front, the question was how to proceed? I was good at operating the business and communication but I was poor in correspondence and accounting. I was poorly educated even it was difficult to write a single statement in English. I left everything on almighty God Allah and started the work. While working with Siddhu Transport many had become my friends. Many customers and suppliers were known to me. Actually in our Transport line enjoying liquor and visiting Hotels, dancebars are more common. Initially I also got used to going to the dancebar because of my colleagues.

But I did not take any drugs or intoxication, I never even touched gutka or wine. But I had a great fond of singing since childhood. I am a very big fan of Mr. Mohamad Aziz Saheb. There were no source of entertainment available so due to liking of songs, I started going to the dancebar with my friends. I made friendship with the bar owner or bar manager. The person who operate the songs on computer also became my friend.

Here my business was started to grow. One truck was not enough to manage the work, so I started involving other truck suppliers. But when I faced shortage of the money for advance payment to the supplier, I used to mortgage my wifes jewelry and manage the show. This situation was continue. Then one day I got information that one of the bar song arranger was leaving. So I took his job as a bar song arranger. I started working in the dancebar At night and run the transport business in the day. Everything is valid in the business. If you want to be something in life, you have to work hard.

Life on this earth is not possible without doing work or deeds. Even if you have a lot of wealth and you do not do any work, then you can never be happy in your life. By doing his karm, a person become happy and attains happiness, peace and prosperity in his life. So never be lazy in doing work. Never be afraid to work hard.

दुनिया में रहना है तो काम कर प्यारे,
हाथ जोड़ सबको सलाम कर प्यारे,
वरना ये दुनिया जीने नहीं देगी,
खाने नहीं देगी पीने नहीं देगी |

Here my business was progressing, but I was in trouble. It was difficult for me to make a bill and keep an account. I have learned to operate computer in dance bar. I bought a old laptop and started making bills in Excel. One software person install Tally software and taught me to operate Tally.

Thus my work was going on, but I was not happy because working style was not easy as per my expectations. Then one of my transporter friend Thakursahab told about a software company NewPro (India). I contacted them and explain them about my need as well as my limitations. And they started my work. After I met Mr. Mohankumar, the director of NewPro (India) company, he gave some suggestions about the working style of the company. And from that day onward positive changes started in my company. I made a lot of effort to understand and learn new technology and it started benefiting me a lot. It became easy to keep records of the supplier along with the customer. I started adding vehicles which helps me to increase my business.

Mr. Mohankumar had become my friend. There has been a lot of change in my life with his guidance. Due to him I stopped visiting to the dance bar. I concentrated my attention towards my business development. Both my brothers Mehtab and Sanu fully supported me in business growth. I increased staff, appointed new staff for marketing and payment collections. To operate the software, I have appointed a full time operator. Thus, it help me to managed my unorganized business.

In meanwhile there have been many ups and downs in my life. I stood up firmly and faced every problem. My friends and companions were with me all the time. All kinds of suggestions started coming in. Some used to say that I should purchase own house as money starts flowing in. But they did not know that the money which is coming from the customer actually was not mine. It was for the suppliers and the drivers. From whatever profit I was getting, it was only possible to manage the house , family and office expenses. It is not in my nature to use money of others for my personal use. So I decided to keep low. That is why I used to pay the money of the supplier and driver who depended on me, even if I get late from my customers. That is why I am not able to buy my house till date.

Many times friends, relatives or anyone else used to pass different remarks that made me upset. But I have learned to ignore such people because a person abuses even God. Then who m I ? Such people are mostly uneducated or ignorant. Those who are unable to do anything in their life, and if anyone does anything, then they blame.

कुछ तो लोग कहेंगे
लोगो का काम है कहना
छोड़ो बेकार की बातों में
कही बीत न जाये रैना |

I have a lot of dreams, to take business to a good height. I want to provide employment for every section of society as much as possible. Every person who comes in my contact should be happy.

I think the needy people must get assistance or help as much as possible. Help the needy in such a way that later he can help himself and others. I feel there are many solutions available in market for the rich person but for poor there are less help available.
